Description

The subject of the procurement is the functional and technical renovation of Zacharias Topeliusskolan, carried out as a collaborative project management contract. The renovation covers the entire building and yard. The scope of the project is 3774 brm2, 2549 htm2 and 1642 anthems. The plot covers an area of 8970 m2, building rights of 3300 m2 and the building's floor area of 3401 m2. The yard area is approximately 4845 m2. The works include the renovation of the roof of the building, the repair of the facades, windows and exterior doors, the renovation of the intermediate floors to a large extent, the renovation of the floor structures and the renovation of the lower floors in connection with the installation of the radon piping. The building technology will be modernised, and new IV machine rooms will be built in the attic and on the ground floor. Heating, water and sewerage systems will be partially renewed and electricity systems will be modernised.
