Különféle melegaszfalt termékek átadása (kiszolgálása) 39 ajánlati részben, nyertes ajánlattevő által megajánlott kiszolgálási helyszínen a Magyar Közút Nonprofit Zrt. részére határozott időtartamra kötött adásvételi keretszerződés alapján, legfeljebb az egyes ajánlati részenként megjelölt keretösszeg erejéig, az országos közutak kezelésének szabályozásáról szóló 6/1998. (III.11) KHVM rendeletben (OKKSZ) meghatározott ajánlatkérői feladatok ellátására érdekében, Ajánlatkérő általi közvetlen eseti megrendelés útján.
