Description

Supply of food and related products, spread over 15 lots, necessary for a good development of the activity of the Social Canteen in Iasi, str.Sf.Andrei, nr.70. The contracting authority will conclude framework agreements for the supply of food products, on a lot-by-lot basis, with a single economic operator, without reopening the competition. The framework agreement will have a period of validity of 12 months, starting from the date of signature by both parties of the contract for the supply of food products. 3 (three) follow-up contracts will be concluded, one for a period of approximately 4 months. Details of the subsequent contracts and the division into quantities of the products of the 15 lots can be found in the annex to the tender specifications for each lot. Interested economic operators may request clarifications regarding the tender documentation until the 18th day before the deadline for submission of tenders. Any request for clarifications must be submitted in SEAP (https://e-licitatie.ro/pub ).
