Description

Carrying out self-monitoring measures at treatment plants (with a capacity of less than 2 000 population equivalent) for the purposes of the grouping of orders on 22.9.2015 with 120 local authorities.
The aim is, based on 24-hour measurements, to:
— know the flow rates passing through the treatment plant via one or more continuous flow measurements (see an estimate of these flow rates),
— know the flows and concentrations in and out of the treatment plant,
— determine the overall scrubbing efficiency of the treatment plant,
— enable the Water Police Service and the Water Agency to monitor the compliance of the discharge of the sewage treatment plant with the applicable regulatory references.
