Prestation de maîtrise d'oeuvre en vue d'engager des travaux de rénovation de l'église du VIGAN. Ce marché est divisé en tranches : * Tranche ferme : Phase 1 - Le Clocher * Tranche optionnelle : phase 2 - Le Massif Occidental * Tranche optionnelle : Phase 3 - Le Chevet * Tranche optionnelle : phase 4 - Abside compris faux-carré * Tranche optionnelle : Phase 5 - Chapelle St Pierre - Chapelle St Etienne & Toiles peintes ++ Modalités essentielles de financement et de paiement et/ou références aux textes qui les règlementent : - Caractéristiques des prix : Prix global forfaitaire. Modalités de variation des prix : Révision mensuelle. Une avance de 5 % sera accordée dans les conditions prévues au contrat. - Modalité de règlement des comptes : selon les modalités du C.C.A.G Maitrise d'oeuvre - Le délai global de paiement est de 30 jours. - Modalités de financements : Le marché s'inscrit dans un projet/programme financé par des fonds communautaires : Non - Autres conditions particulières : L'exécution des prestations débutera à compter de la date de notification du marché (aux alentours du 10/02/25) valant ordre de service de démarrage
