Tytuł: Dostawa leku dla potrzeb badania klinicznego w ramach realizacji projektu pt. „Leczenie dzieci w wieku 6 – 18 lat z przewlekłym wirusowym zapaleniem wątroby typu C przy użyciu pangenotypowego leku o bezpośrednim działaniu przeciwwirusowym (sofosbuwir/welpataswir)”
Przedmiotem niniejszego zamówienia jest zakup zarejestrowanego leku w dwóch dawkach zawierającego substancje czynne sofosbuwir/welpataswir, przeetykietowanie, zwolnienie serii po przeetykietowaniu i dostarczenie na potrzeby realizacji badania klinicznego pt.: „Leczenie dzieci w wieku 6 – 18 lat z przewlekłym wirusowym zapaleniem wątroby typu C przy użyciu pangenotypowego leku o bezpośrednim działaniu przeciwwirusowym (sofosbuwir/welpataswir)”, PANDAA-PED, zgodnie z zasadami GCP, GMP i GDP, zgodnie z umową z dnia 16.06.2020 r. zawartą z Agencją Badań Medycznych nr 2019/ABM/01/00014-00, o wykonanie i finansowanie projektu.
