Description

The objective of this public contract is to establish a dynamic purchasing system (hereinafter also referred to as ‘DNS’) pursuant to Section 138 et seq. in conjunction with Section 58 of the Act on Public Procurement for the supply of IP codecs, converters and other equipment and accessories for the transmission of audio signals in data networks according to the needs of the contracting authority. Within the framework of this public contract, the contracting authority requires the delivery of IP codecs, converters and other devices, including accessories for the transmission of audio signals in data networks, including any software equipment, ensuring the complete installation, set-up and commissioning in selected workplaces of Czech Radio. Detailed specifications of the requirements for the supply of IP codecs, converters and other devices, including accessories, will always be specified in the technical specification of the partial public contract within the meaning of Section 141(1) of the Act. Once the DNS has been implemented, the contracting authority will award partial contracts based on its current needs (i.e. at unspecified time intervals and at unspecified volumes). The contracting authority reserves the right to use an electronic auction for the evaluation of a partial contract. In the event that the contracting authority decides to evaluate tenders in a partial procurement by means of an electronic auction, it will use the PROEBIZ electronic auction for this evaluation and will include all information relating to the conditions of the electronic auction in the Call for Tender (for more detailed information on partial procurement, including technical information on electronic communication in electronic auctions, see Part B, paragraph VI, of the tender documentation.
