Description

The subject of the contract was the provision of preventive health care for employees of the organisational units of Poczta Polska S.A. operated by the Centre for the Management of Human Resources – Regional Centre for Personal Advice in Poznań and other staff units of Poczta Polska S.A. who, through the Regional Centre for Personal Advice in Poznań, will apply for preventive tests in accordance with the provisions laid down in the Labour Code (Journal of Of Laws 1998, No 21, item 94), MZiOS Regulation of 30.5.1996 on the conduct of medical examinations in the field of preventive health care for workers and medical certificates issued for the purposes of the Labour Code (Journal Journal of Laws 1996, No 69, item 332) and the Occupational Medicine Service Act of 27 June 1997 (Journal Journal of Laws 1977 No 96, item 593), in particular by:
(1) carrying out worker prevention tests: preliminary, periodic and inspection measures provided for in the Labour Code in accordance with the methodological guidelines for carrying out the preventive examination of workers laid down in the Regulation of 30 May 1996 (Journal Journal of Laws 1996, No 69, item 332),
(2) issue medical certificates stating that there are no health contraindications to work in a specific position or health contraindication to work in a specific position in accordance with the models in force,
(3) a workplace visit by an occupational doctor to assess the risks to the health and life of workers present in the workplace,
(4) monitoring of workers’ health, in particular with a view to identifying possible occupational diseases and the causes of accidents at work,
(5) to initiate and assist in the protection and promotion of workers’ health,
(6) maintain and maintain medical records of preventive health care in accordance with the legislation in force.
