Description

Medical imaging system with related services included, consisting of computer tomography (1 pcs.) and optical coherence tomography (1 pcs.), Arranging the necessary space for the placement of equipment consisting of: -a technical project including radiation protection, special air-conditioning and advice from CNCAN. The main stages and requirements involve compartmentalization of rooms, compliance with weight and food standards, as well as obtaining legal authorizations. -examination room (Gantry), control room- operator's room, auxiliary spaces (replacement area for patients, sanitary group, IT equipment space, -radiological screening: Wall armor, floor and ceiling protection, replacement of existing joinery (doors, windows) - air conditioning (HVAC) - the existing space must be provided with new piping for a dedicated HVAC system, capable of maintaining 20-22°C and constant humidity. -power supply - stable three-phase circuit -separate electrical branching, pulling a three-phase power cable directly from the main panel, able to withstand peak loads -cable paths -because it is not possible to cut deep channels in the existing floor without affecting its strength, the cables between the scanner and the control room will be routed through apparent technical channels or elevated technical floor. Dedicated UPS system for preventing voltage drops - high density sound insulation of the ceiling The number of days until which clarifications can be requested before the deadline for submission of tenders/candidates is 18 days. The deadline within which all requests for clarifications/additional information will be answered in a clear and complete manner is on the 11th day before the deadline for submission of tenders.
