Description

The contract is concluded for a provisional period of 4 years from the date of notification. Within the overall contract, the fixed tranche and the conditional tranche are each concluded for a provisional period of 2 years. The fixed part consists of 4 phases:
— preparation of an updated diagnosis (4 months),
— drawing up a blueprint (10 months),
— it is implemented in the form of an action programme (10 months),
— the establishment of a specific governance, proposing all the necessary tools, particularly in terms of information, consultation and communication. The latter phase is cross-cutting and lasts for 24 months.
The conditional period shall be carried out in the form of order forms. The contract shall lay down minimum and maximum quantities of working days which may be carried out under the conditional period:
— minimum quantity: 10 days,
— maximum quantity: 60 days.
