Hollystown Park GAA Cluster Facility - Stage 1 Restricted Procedure SAQ - Main Contractor and PSCS
The Dublin County Board (Dublin GAA) has received planning permission (FW22A/0098) for a proposed GAA cluster facility which will include, in summary; 4 No. floodlit pitches, the alteration/refurbishment of the existing clubhouse and the construction of a two storey extension thereto, a warm up area, indoor training pitch, hurling wall, a spectator stand for up to 500 people, hurling wall, with car parking, coach and bicycle parking facilities on the lands of the former Hollystown Golf Club in Co. Dublin. Total development size 9.3Ha of which 6.2Ha is pitches and 3,240m2 is new /refurbished buildings They now seek to procure a Main Contractor and PSCS as well as Reserved Specialists for Pitch Contractor, Floodlighting Contractor and Spectator Stand Manufacturer and Contractor to deliver this project. The procurement process is being run in a two stage process under the restricted procurement procedure. The first stage (this stage) is to obtain information from Applicants to determine their suitability on the basis of experience delivering projects of similar scale, nature and complexity
