The purpose of the contract is to procure works to achieve the investment objective ‘INTERNATIONAL ADVANCED STUDIES CENTER FOR FLUVII SYSTEMS – SEAS’ in accordance with the Tender Specifications. The works contract activities will be carried out during the execution phase of the works related to the project. The main construction works will relate to: Receipt Body - Reception (CORP A); Body of Research Laboratories - Life Sciences and Earth Sciences Laboratories (CORP B); Body of Aquatic Ecosystems (CORP C); Secondary fixtures - gate house, car garage, boat hangar; Exterior arrangements (waterfront, pedestrian walkways, carriageways, sidewalks, bicycle paths, fencing and gates, landscape arrangements, etc.); External networks lighting, water, canal. All construction works will be carried out according to the technical documentation of execution that is part of this Tender Specifications. Any interested economic operator may request clarifications or additional information regarding the tender documentation only in SEAP. Deadline for requests for clarifications: 20 days before the deadline for submission of tenders.
