Description

Contractul ce se va atribui pentru prestarea serviciilor de mentenanta, asistenta tehnica si suport pentru sistemul informatic REGES/REVISAL va fi un contract de servicii, avand in vedere ca obiectul lui consta doar in prestarea de servicii. Costul pieselor constatate defecte in cadrul serviciilor de mentenanta hardware, si care urmeaza a se inlocui, nu fac obiectul prezentului contract. Implementarea contractului se va realiza prin prestarea lunara a serviciilor, capatand un caracter de regularitate, avand in vedere ca sistemul informatic REGES/REVISAL trebuie sa functioneze optim 7 zile din 7 si respectiv 24 ore din 24, astfel incat Registru general de evidenta al salariatilor sa poata fi instrumentat de catre angajatori, inspectorii de munca si reprezentanti ai altor institutii cu care Inspectia Muncii a incheiat protocoale in acest sens
