Description

The subject of the contract is: supply of GSM equipment in the form of phones and tablets in the following assortment: - Tablet - 50 pcs. - GSM phone type I - 435 pcs. - GSM phone type II - 60 pcs. - GSM phone type III - 5 pcs. - GSM phone type IV - 20 pcs. The contracting authority will purchase equipment up to the value of the framework agreement referred to in § 3 sec. 1 of the draft framework contract attached as Annex 5 to the SWZ. The Contractor grants a 24-month warranty (for the assortment item. 1-4 offer form) and a 12-month warranty (for the assortment of items. 5 of the offer form), the term of which is counted from the date of delivery of the subject of the contract. The contracting authority shall require the equipment offered to comply with the EU declaration of conformity and to affix the CE marking to the equipment. The contracting authority does not require the above-mentioned declaration to be submitted when submitting tenders. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is contained in Annex 1 to the tender form. All requirements specified in the documents indicated above are minimum requirements, and their fulfillment is mandatory.
