L'Objet des prestations du marché est de préciser l'ensemble des informations et caractéristiques relatives au sous-sol nécessaires à la définition et à la conception des ouvrages de plate-forme voie ferrée, de la voirie, des fondations des poteaux de ligne aérienne et des ouvrages de génie civil (stations, locaux techniques) du prolongement de la 3ème ligne de tramway de Saint Etienne.
