Description

La SLRB souhaite être accompagnée au niveau administratif et technique d’un bureau d’expertise technique durant les différentes phases de projets de types classiques (acquisition de bien existant ou terrain) et clés sur porte.
La mission consiste à analyser la qualité architecturale et technique d’un projet proposé au regard des attentes de la SLRB et de la SISP, ainsi qu’à vérifier la qualité des travaux par rapport aux documents contractuels annexés au compromis de vente, aux normes en vigueur en Région de Bruxelles-Capitale et aux règles de l’art.
La mission comprend également les volets de suivi de chantier (avec mandat de MO ou d’acquéreur final), ainsi que les agréations/réceptions provisoires et définitives.
