Our diversity career coaching initiative will directly address this area. It will focus on diverse groups at junior to mid-career stage aiming to transition into leadership roles in the industry. It aims to support individuals to transition into leadership roles in the sector which will have talent development and retention, future workforce planning, and employee engagement.
