Description

The contractor forms a framework agreement for construction services for the construction, supervision and expert services of infrastructure projects (road, bridge and paving and road marking projects), for which framework contractors are selected. It is possible to participate in a framework agreement only in one or all of the following areas, i.e. you can offer them separately: A, B, C pavements and road markings. Work tasks included in the construction service include, among other things, the preparation of contracts (e.g. the condition of the roads in connection with the transfer, object programming based on the inventory, e.g. pipe bridges and drums, etc.), drafting of contract documents, tendering of contracts, activities and supervision during the implementation (including acting as a safety coordinator), the operation of the warranty period and related auxiliary tasks, as well as the drafting and monitoring of performance contracts. The content of the task is specified in more detail in the tender documents. The duties of the safety coordinator may also include tasks related to the coordination or carrying out of the project planning project, i.e. the terrain model measurements, ground surveys, terrain inventories and inspections of the EIA-YS-TS-RS plans, and other tasks, including assisting tasks. The framework contract may also be used to commission procurement specialist and expert tasks related to construction, which are not specified in the procurement documents. Tasks are always defined separately for each assignment. The procurement models are in accordance with the Act on Public Procurement and Concession Contracts, e.g. the execution contract/total contract, as well as ST and service life models with different variations. Four (4) framework contractors will be selected for each area of the framework agreement, unless there are fewer tenderers or fewer admissible tenders that meet the requirements for the suitability of tenderers. The contract area for infrastructure projects is Pirkanmaa and Kanta-Häme. During the duration of the framework agreement, the commissions may also be commissioned by the Vitality Centre of Inland Finland and, for individual commissions, they may also be funded by other parties involved in the financing of an individual project.
