24 hour health and welfare offer for young, adult users in Arendal municipality
Arendal municipality needs to enter into a contract for 24 hour health and welfare services for safeguarding of users (young adult) with staffing level 1:3. Tenderers shall be responsible for suitable housing and qualified personnel. The residence shall be located in Arendal or the surrounding area (informative within a 60 minute drive from the centre of Arendal). It is important that the residence is not located by a busy road, or close to water. See the requirement specifications for further details on the needs. It is important for the municipality to put in place a suitable residential offer for this user as soon as possible. Residential offers can be established temporarily somewhere further away from Arendal if this allows the measure to commence within a short time. The procurement will be carried out in accordance with the Public Procurement Act of 17 June 2016 (LOA) and the Public Procurement Regulations (FOA) FOR 2016-08-12-974 part I and part IV. In part IV there is no requirement that a specific procedure form shall be complied with. The requirement in accordance with foa § 30-1 first paragraph is that the contracting authority in the procurement documents shall determine how the competition shall be implemented.
