Description

L'objectif du marché est de trouver un transporteur capable d'assurer la continuité de service aux voyageurs dans le délai le plus bref dans les situations inopinées.
* La situation perturbée inopinée de d'urgence immédiate (accident, incendie...) pour laquelle il est demandé au Transporteur d'intervenir immédiatement.
* La situation perturbée inopinée d'urgence relative (grève, prolongation sur plusieurs jours d'une 1er urgence) pour laquelle le transporteur est sollicité jusqu'à l'avant-veille à 16h. Il dispose donc d'un délai minimal d'environ 72h pour préparer la mise à disposition du transport de substitution.
