The City of Bad Pyrmont (AG), intends to award planning services of the service plans for buildings and interiors according to Annex 10 HOAI and structural planning according to Annex 14 HOAI for the construction measure "Redesign of station forecourt including roundabout". The client intends to have the contractor carry out the service phases 1-9 (service plan for buildings and rooms) and 1-6 (service plan for structural engineering) for the aforementioned services. Both performance models refer to the (partial) roofing of the bus station. As part of the construction project, the station forecourt of the city of Bad Pyrmont is to be redesigned with the aim of a complete functional and design reorganization. Key aspects are road safety for all road users, accessibility, improving the connection of public transport to the station, increasing the quality of stay, reorganizing parking (with short-term, taxi and disabled parking spaces) and the construction of new attractive bicycle parking facilities. The objectives will be achieved in concrete terms through a change of access in the form of a roundabout, the redesign of the forecourt itself and the construction of a bus station. In order to determine the procurement needs, the city of Bad Pyrmont has carried out a comprehensive basic investigation. The result of this basic investigation is the explanatory report of the SHP engineers as of September 2022. The outcome of this explanatory report was confirmed by the responsible political bodies in spring 2022 and is now to be implemented. The above-mentioned explanatory report and annexes are attached to the procurement documents. The AG currently assumes gross production costs of approximately EUR 4,300,000.According to the AG's estimates, the eligible costs for building and interior planning are approximately EUR 590,000.
