Description

On behalf of the Real Estate Office, the Building Directorate of the Canton of Zurich, represented by the Building Office, is organising a commission for the award of the general planning services (feasibility study, project planning, tendering, realization) for the repair of the building envelope of the listed buildings Gessnerallee 9, 11 and 13 in Zurich, which are used by the Zurich University of the Arts. We are looking for a general planning (including subplanning) with planning services in the areas of construction management (overall management and in the case of an ARGE lead), architecture, civil engineering, electrical engineering, fire protection and building physics with extensive experience in the implementation of repair projects for buildings under monument protection. The project planning must be carried out with a high level of organizational competence and a strong sensitivity to the inventory. The planning and execution of the construction project must be carried out cost- and quality-consciously and on time. All work must be coordinated and carried out as part of ongoing operations.
