The implementation of the public procurement procedure covers activities relating to the supply of net active electricity and the selection of the coordinator of a standard balancing group for the needs of KOC-Shumen EOOD for a period of 36 (thirty-six) months. Options are provided for extending the contract by up to 12 (twelve) months.
