Description Procedure Procurement by means of the European public procedure in accordance with the (amended) Procurement Act 2012. Client The client for this tender is the Municipality of Breda. For more information about the municipality of Breda, we refer you to the website of the municipality: www.breda.nl. Assignment The assignment concerns: Removal and disposal of the current parking machines, foundation and all related matters; Delivery, Implementation and Maintenance of 163 Parking Dispensers and the Management System; Delivery, Implementation and Maintenance of software, consisting of a Management System and software locally in the Parking Dispenser (GUI), based on a SaaS solution to which the Equipment is connected. The preferred solution is a cloud solution with one central backup location (cloud solution also as a robust backup, preferably not a local server); Delivery, Implementation and Maintenance of various Connections with the Management System for the purpose of data exchange with systems/external databases such as NPR, RDW, etc.; Maintaining all functionalities associated with the entire ICT Performance; (Safe) transfer and/or conversion of data and backups from current systems; Providing a helpdesk function for the Client; Training employees (e.g. technicians, back office, application managers, product owner); Optional (without purchase obligation): Delivery, implementation and maintenance of up to 250 new parking machines for any future regulated parking areas, including SaaS Solution and various Connections, helpdesk and training.
