Description

UTN ¬ GGB 2.Partial construction measure Annex to § 6 Specific performance obligations to the contract BIM-Manager TBM Preliminary remark on the role distribution Client/project control - BIM-Management For each partial construction measure (TBM) of the UTN-founding buildings and for the high-rise buildings of the development measure, one BIM-management is used. It is responsible for defining, implementing, complying with and documenting the BIM processes of the respective TBMs. BIM management consists of an external BIM manager (BIM-M) and the BIM information manager (BIM-IM). The role of BIM-IM is covered in each case by the project management (PL) of the State Building Office responsible for the TBM. At operational level, BIM management coordinates tasks and processes with the BIM Overall Coordinator (BIM-GK) and the BIM TGA Overall Coordinator (BIM-TGA-GK) on the contractor side. This specification includes the part of the external BIM manager (BIM-M). The project management (PST) coordinates the individual BIM-Ms across projects in coordination with the BIM-IM of the client (AG) and largely takes over the basic project management services in accordance with AHO Issue No. 9 (paragraph 6.1). PST and BIMIM represent the BIM strategy level of the overall project. Monthly voting dates are foreseen for the coordination between BIM-M and BIM-strategy level. In principle, project communication and documentation takes place via a cross-project so-called Common Data Environment (CDE). The CDE consists of the following components, which are commissioned individually: Project communication system with model viewer (PKS), task management system (AMS or Issue Task / BCF) and room and building book (RGB). The PST is responsible for the cross-project structuring of all CDE components as well as for the project-specific adaptation of the PKS, both of which must be coordinated with the BIM-M of the TBM. BIM Management is responsible for the project-specific adaptation of the Issue Task Management and the Room and Building Book. Unless expressly stated otherwise, the following service descriptions refer to the 2. TBM GGB / CSE+ME.
