1. The subject of the contract is the development of network infrastructure in UML, USK1, USK4 buildings (hereinafter: ‘the subject-matter of the contract’). 2. A detailed description of the subject-matter of the contract is included in Annex 1 to the FTZ - Description of the subject-matter of the contract (also called the FTZ), for each task separately. The subject-matter of the contract comprises 3 tasks (partial tenders), including: Activity 1 – Expansion of the existing network infrastructure in the buildings of the Medical University of Lublin. Activity 2 – Expansion of the existing network infrastructure in the buildings of the University Clinical Hospital No 1 in Lublin; Task No 3 – Expansion of the existing network infrastructure in the buildings of the University Clinical Hospital No 4 in Lublin; The contract is financed within the framework of the EU project - the Development Plan of the Project entitled: "Modernisation and equipping of teaching facilities in connection with the increase of the admission limits for medical studies – Medical University of Lublin" forming part of Investment D2.1.1 entitled ‘Investments related to the modernisation and retrofitting of teaching facilities in connection with the increase of admission limits for medical studies’ implemented under the National Recovery and Resilience Plan – Component D ‘Efficiency, accessibility and quality of the health system’ under Agreement No KPOD.07.05-IP.10-0023/24/KPO/1206/2025/99. 3. The Contractor must attach to the tender a declaration of non-exclusion and compliance with the conditions for participation in the procedure in the form of a European Single Procurement Document (ESPD) as at the date of submission of tenders, as set out in Annex 3 to the FTZ 4. GDPR (information obligation and obligation to apply): Information on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data is laid down in Chapter XXIII of the FTZ 5.
