Description

This open invitation to tender is subject to the provisions of Articles 33 and 57 to 59 of the Public Procurement Code. The services will be the subject of an order form contract issued pursuant to Article 77 of the Public Procurement Code, with a minimum value excl. tax and no maximum amount (excl. tax). The consultation consists of 2 lots.Contracts are concluded:
— for Lot 1 ‘Automatic doors’, from 2.1.2016 or from the date of notification, whichever is later, for a period of 12 months,
— for Lot 2 ‘Automated portals and sectional doors’, from the date of notification for a period of 12 months.
These periods shall be renewable tacitly twice for a period of 12 months and 1 times for a final period up to 30.9.2019. In any event, the contracts will end on 30.9.2019 (including the renewal period).
