Cloud and consulting services in the field of municipal climate protection management
The client is an IT service provider for its municipal shareholders, their municipal companies and economically independent organisational units as well as legal entities under public law or districts, municipalities, municipal companies and other public institutions ("clients of the client"). In order to meet the needs of its customers, the contracting authority intends to award the following two framework contracts - Lot 1 and Lot 2 - each for a period of 4 years: On the one hand, a framework contract for climate protection software as a cloud solution (lot 1), and on the other hand, a framework contract for consulting services in the field of sustainability, climate protection and climate adaptation management (lot 2) is to be concluded in order to support the client's customers in achieving their climate protection goals. It is intended to award the services relating to climate protection software as a cloud solution (lot 1) to a framework contract partner. The client intends to award the consulting services in the area of sustainability, climate protection and climate adaptation management (lot 2) to two framework contract partners. During the term of the contract, mini-competitions will be carried out for the projects to be implemented by the client's customers in the form of individual orders, on the basis of which the most economical offer will be commissioned. The total value of the "climate protection software" (lot 1) and the consultancy services in the area of "sustainability, climate change mitigation and adaptation management" (lot 2) is approximately EUR 7.2 million (net). There is no entitlement to a minimum purchase volume.
