Description

The project concerns the realisation of new construction including top-up, to expand a number of existing units in an adjacent building. Part of the new building will be connected to BD39 level 03, for the expansion of the RNT department and associated underlying support areas for techniques. (Niv 2/1/0). The majority of the new construction will be realized for the strategic expansion of the MRT department as well as the IRCC department (BD 39 level 2/1/0). Finally, the project also includes a top-up of existing IRCC rooms, to expand the supporting techniques.(BD27 level 02) The new building as well as top-up, must be realized, while all surrounding hospital activities remain fully operational. On top of the new building, a new fire brigade road will be realized with accompanying parking space. Current contract includes the lot: demolition, shell-windproof, exterior construction excl. planting.
