Description

Multi-awarded framework contract with subsequent contracts, in accordance with Articles R.2162-1 to R.2162-14 of the Public Order Code, concluded for 12 months from its notification, tacitly renewable 3 times for 12 months. The framework agreement may be awarded to a maximum of 4 holders, subject to a sufficient number of applications and compliant tenders. The annual amount of orders is fixed at a minimum of 500 000 Euros excluding VAT and a maximum of 5 000 000 Euros excluding VAT. Subsequent contracts shall be concluded on the basis of this Framework Agreement and awarded after reopening of competition between incumbents as required. The works estimated at more than EUR 1 000 000 excluding VAT will be the subject of a separate procedure. The framework agreement includes a mandatory social inclusion clause in accordance with Article L2111-1 of the Public Order Code.
