The tender is a framework tender in which the best offers are awarded partial agreements with the KAB-Community for the refurbishment of moving homes. There will be three places on each lot where the Tenderer who submitted the best tender for one lot will receive the first priority, the Tenderer who submitted the second best tender for the same lot will receive the second priority and the third best tender will receive the third priority on the lot.
