Description

the purpose of this contract is to carry out the task of authorising, steering and coordinating the execution of the 1st phase of the new international secondary school in Noisy-le-Grand/Bry-sur-Marne and comprises the following phases:
— assistance in the award of works contracts
— site preparation
— performance of works contracts
— assistance during acceptance and perfect completion operations
The construction of the 1st part of the secondary school will total approximately 13 433 square metres of floor (of which 8 742 m² for the outsourced, 3 723 square metres for the boarding school and 968 square metres for functional dwellings).
There are therefore at least two different entities, i.e.:
— a boarding school (without half a pension);
— one outsourced (with half pension).
The operation is part of a strong environmental approach (zero energy) with certification.
The land is free of any occupation. On the eastern and south-eastern sides of the plot the creation of a new route by the City of Noisy-le-Grand is planned. As a result, it will be necessary to ensure proper coordination of the implementation of the work of the part of the programme on this sector.
The estimated amount of the works is EUR 31 000 000 (ht)
