This consultation concerns the acquisition and delivery of workwear, PPE and safety footwear & service. The agglomeration Roissy Pays de France, composed of 42 municipalities that extend over the departments of Val-d'Oise (95) and Seine-et-Marne (77), over 342 km2 around the airport platform of Roissy - Charles-de-Gaulle, has decided to place this consultation in grouping of orders with six (6) of its member municipalities, identified to date. The services are divided into 7 lots: - Lot 1: Hire and maintenance of high-visibility and working clothing – Lot 2: Acquisition of technical work clothing – Lot 3: Acquisition of clothing and footwear for early childhood and school staff – Lot 4: Acquisition of sportswear - Lot 5: Acquisition of police clothing – Lot 6: Acquisition of safety footwear – Lot 7: Acquisition of personal protective equipment Place(s) of performance: - inter-municipal territory of the agglomeration Roissy Pays de France - communal territory of each of the members of the group of orders and their satellite establishments. The coordinating buyer of the grouping of orders is the agglomeration Roissy Pays de France. It is responsible for the award, signature and notification of the framework agreement. Each member of the grouping is responsible for the implementation of the framework agreement for the part concerning him and will ensure its follow-up. Price For lot 1, the prices are those indicated in the quotation drawn up at the time of setting up the service. For lots 2 to 7, the prices shall be those indicated in the catalogue and/or in the contractor's general tariff and allocated the discount(s) indicated in the tender.
