Description

1. The subject of the contract is the successive delivery of various drugs: Package I - Antibiotics and Chemiotherapeutics Package II - Medication Package III - INFUSION LIQUIDS Package IV - VARIOUS PREPARATIONS Package V - X-ray Package VI - NUTRITION Package VII - RECEPTION SUBSTANCES Package VIII - VACCINATIONS Package IX - DENTALS Package X - GLUCOMETRIC BANDS The Ordering Party allows partial offers to be submitted in the above-mentioned Packages, i.e. with the possibility of submitting offers for individual items. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is set out in Annexes 9 and 10 to the SWZ. In the case of the supply of medicinal products for which the use of specific equipment/medical device is necessary, the Contracting Authority shall require the Contractor to guarantee, within the value of the contract, the necessary equipment for the entire duration of the contract. In the case of Package X, the Ordering Party requires the lending, as part of the value of the offered straps, of 100 pieces of compatible glucose meters for the use of the Ordering Party, for the entire duration of the contract.
