Description

The subject of the contract is the preparation of design documentation for major renovation and reconstruction of buildings at ul. Płocka 2B and 2C in Warsaw. The Contractor is obliged to perform the contract on the terms and conditions described in the draft provisions of the contract and guidelines for the development of design documentation, which are an integral part of the FTZ. The offer should include a valuation of all activities necessary to complete the order, including those that the Ordering Party did not anticipate, and are necessary in order to perform the subject of the contract, in accordance with applicable regulations. In order to prepare the tender correctly, it is recommended that the Contractor carry out, at his own expense, an on-site inspection of the site where the subject-matter of the contract is to be carried out. The Contractor is obliged to have a civil liability policy for the performance of the contract, for a sum of not less than PLN 500 000.00. The contracting authority provides for a staged implementation with a breakdown of costs for each stage: • stage I - preparation of design documentation required for acceptance by external entities, with the completion of obtaining relevant opinions and consents, in the amount of 55 % of the gross value of the contract, • stage II - preparation of design documentation - detailed (technical projects), and additional studies, in the amount of 20 % of the gross value of the contract, • stage III - preparation of cost documentation and technical specifications, in the amount of 15 % of the gross value of the contract, • stage IV - author's supervision during the implementation of the investment in the amount of 10 % of the gross value of the contract.
