Description

Le projet consiste en la réalisation d'un ensemble immobilier d'environ 6 000 m2, composé de deux bâtiments principaux, qui accueillera un collège et un réfectoire (nommé demi-pension) pour 800 élèves dans la commune de Chelles (77). Le projet comprend:
— un bâtiment enseignement R+2;
—— des salles de classes;
—— un pôle administratif au RDC;
—— quatre logements de fonction au R+2 du bâtiment enseignement;
— un bâtiment «demi-pension» de plain-pied;
— un parking aérien 60 places;
— un parvis d'entrée et une cour intérieure;
— des espaces verts clôturés.
