Description

1. The order is divided into 2 (two) lots. 2. The subject of the contract is: a) Concerning 1 part of the procedure – ‘Supply of 32 unmarked 4x4 station wagons under the basic contract with the option to increase the order to 8 units’: Delivery of 32 unmarked 4x4 station wagons under the basic order; Delivery of up to 8 unmarked 4x4 patrol cars as part of an option contract. The detailed description of the subject-matter of the contract (OPZ) containing all the requirements of the Ordering Party, as part of Lot No 1 of the procedure, is set out in Annex 1a to the SWZ. (b) It concerns 2 parts of the procedure – ‘Supply of 55 unmarked patrol cars with 4x4 drive under the basic contract with the option of increasing the order to 10 units’: Supply of 55 unmarked patrol cars with 4x4 drive under the basic order; Delivery of 10 unmarked patrol cars with 4x4 drive as part of an option contract. A detailed description of the subject of the contract (OPZ) containing all the requirements of the Ordering Party, as part of Part 2 of the procedure, is Annex 1b to the FTZ.
