Description

The contracting authority – the City of Craiova intends to conclude a framework agreement with a view to purchasing ‘works for the affixing of thermoplastic markings in the City of Craiova’, in accordance with the requirements of Tender Specifications No 53464/17 March 2022, for a period of 48 months. Works will be carried out to apply thermoplastic markings in Craiova, namely: 1. preformed marking works: arrows, inscriptions, symbols, etc.; 2. preformed marking works: tactile markings, markings with another layer thickness; 3. road marking works hot-applied non-slip carpet; 4. road marking cold-applied anti-slip carpet works; 5. works of longitudinal and transverse plane structured and resonator markings; 6. Multicolor preformed thermoplastic marking works: symbols, cross marks, educational games, etc., according to the requirements of Specification no. 53434/ 17.03.2022, for a period of 48 months. The minimum and maximum quantities estimated for the duration of the Framework Agreement, as well as for each subsequent contract, are specified in Tender Specifications No 53434/ 17 March 2022. The amendment of the Framework Agreement, during its period of validity, shall be made under the conditions provided for in Article 221 of Law No 98/2016, as subsequently amended and supplemented. The modification of the Framework Agreement during its validity period, other than in the cases and conditions stipulated in Article 221 of Law no.98/2016, as subsequently amended and supplemented, shall be achieved by organizing a new award procedure, in accordance with the provisions of the law. Deadlines for submission/response to requests for clarifications/additional information: A. In accordance with the provisions of Art. 160 par. (1) of Law no.98/2016, as subsequently amended and supplemented, the deadline by which any interested economic operator has the right to request clarifications or additional information in relation to the award documentation is 16 days before the deadline for submission of tenders. B. In accordance with the provisions of Art. 160 par. (2) of Law no.98/2016, as subsequently amended and supplemented, the contracting authority shall respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification/additional information on the 11th day before the deadline set for the submission of tenders, to the extent that they are addressed within the deadline set in the participation notice.
