Cet accord-cadre pren la forme d'un accord-cadre mixte à prix mixtes : - Une part à prix forfaitaire qui correspond aux évolutions applicatives du progiciel SEDIT, - Une part à bons de commande pour des prestations annexes attendues (formations, développement spécifiques et interfaces, assistance technique et fonctionnelle complémentaires etc.), - Une part à marchés subséquents qui permet de prévenir d'éventuels besoins supplémentaires en lien avec l'objet du marché qui apparaitraient en cours d'exécution dont les caractéristiques et les modalités d'exécution des prestations demandées ne peuvent pas à ce jour être fixées dans l'accord-cadre. L'accord-cadre est conclu pour une durée de 4 ans ferme à compter de la date de notification. Il est passé en groupement, avec la ville de Villetaneuse, et Établissement public Plaine Commune. Il est conclu avec un montant maximum de 300 000 HT pour la ville de Saint-Denis et Plaine Commune, et 100 000 HT pour Villetaneuse
