Sanierung der Einfeld-Sporthalle im Rahmen der Standortsanierung.
Gebäudebestand: Freistehende eingeschossige Sporthalle mit Nebenräumen.
Konstruktionsmerkmale: Typenbau (Seitzhalle), Teilweise unterkellert (Installationskeller), Massivbau: Stahlbetonsohle, Wände aus Ort- und Stahlbetonfertigteilen sowie Ziegelmauerwerk, flachgeneigtes Pultdach, Stahlbetonleichtbaudecken auf Stahlbetonunterzügen mit außenliegenden Stützen, 5 % Gefälle, Dacheindeckung Bitumendachbahnen auf Dämmung.
Geplante Baumaßnahmen: Instandsetzung und Modernisierung des Gebäudes. Sanierung der Dachabdichtung, Fassadensanierung, Erneuerung / Überarbeitung der Fenster und Türen, Erneuerung der Umkleide-, Dusch- und WC-Bereiche, Einbau eines barrierefreien WC´s, Erneuerung der gesamte Haustechik und Beleuchtung, Erneuerung / Ergänzung der Boden- und Wandbeläge
