Description

The City of Savonlinna's procurement services asked for an offer for professional kitchen equipment and professional washing machines in accordance with the invitation to tender for the contract period 01.01.2026 - 31.12.2028 + one (1) year option. The contract will continue for one (1) year from 01.01.2029 to 31.12.2029, unless the City of Savonlinna's procurement services terminate the contract until the end of the contract period. If the contract is terminated, it shall be concluded no later than six (6) months before the end of the contract period in writing. If the contract continues, the contract will be applied during the option period in accordance with the terms and conditions in force at the end of the contract period. When submitting the tender and signing the contract, the supplier undertakes, for his part, that the contract will continue for the specified period, if the City of Savonlinna's procurement services so wish. The following parties are involved in the agreement: - City of Savonlinna - Itä-Savo Joint Municipal Authority for Education During the agreement period, including any option periods, parties who have signed a cooperation agreement for the City of Savonlinna's procurement services and who have been mentioned in the invitation to tender as interested in joining the agreement may also join as users of the agreement. At the time of signature of the contract, the tenderer accepts, for its part, the parties' affiliation to the contract ex post facto. Entities interested in joining the contract and anticipated annual purchase volumes VAT. 0 %: - Savonlinna parish 3 000€ / year. The procurement must be suspended at the publication stage due to a system error in the tendering system. The system has confused the order of the lots in the published contract notice and added decision criteria which are not present in the call for tenders at all. The acquisition will be re-published during week 43.
