Description

The subject of the contract is ‘Supply of electricity for the Provincial Branches of the National Health Fund’. The contracting authority shall allow partial tenders to be submitted. The contract is divided into four separate parts. The division of the contract into lots is made according to the territorial affiliation of a given branch of the National Health Fund to the Distribution System Operator: Part A includes: supply of electricity in the planned amount of consumption of 5 144 500 kWh (5 144.50 MWh) to the following Branches of the National Health Fund: Kujawsko-Pomorskie, Lubuski, Wielkopolski, Zachodniopomorskie; Part B includes: supply of electricity in the planned amount of consumption of 1 536 500 kWh (1 536.50 MWh) to the following Branches of the National Health Fund: Mazowiecki (Delegation in Płock), Pomorskie, Warmińsko-Mazurski (Delegation in Elbląg); Part C includes: supply of electricity in the planned amount of consumption of 6 115 000 kWh (6 115,00 MWh) to the following Branches of the National Health Fund: Lower Silesian, Lesser Poland, Silesian; Part D includes: supply of electricity in the planned amount of consumption of 5 672 500 kWh (5 672,50 MWh) to the following Branches of the National Health Fund: Lubelski, Łódzki, Mazowiecki (Delegation in Ostrołęka and Radom), Podkarpackie, Podlaski, Świętokrzyski, Warmińsko-Mazurski (Delegation in Ełk). A detailed list of Electricity Consumption Points with an indication of estimated consumption and tariff group is attached as Annex 1a to the Description of the Subject of the Order. Description of the Subject of the Contract is attached as Annex 1, 1a, 1b to the Specifications. The detailed manner of performance of the contract is specified in the draft Agreement constituting Annex No. 2 to the Specifications. The place of performance of the contract are the Provincial Branches of the National Health Fund and their Delegations in accordance with the list of Electricity Collection Points constituting Appendix 1a to the Description of the Subject of the Contract.
