Description

The subject of the public contract is the selection of the contractor ‘Buildings No 44544 Terminal Smíchovské nádraží’ on the basis of the documentation for the selection of the contractor prepared by SUDOP PRAHA a.s. with its registered office at Olšanská 2643/1a, 130 80 Prague 3, Žižkov, ID: 257 93 349. It is the construction of a new transport terminal Nádraží Smíchov, which consists of the construction of 3 sub-units: (a) the building of the bus station and P+R, including their connection to Dobříšská street (substantive unit ‘A’); (b) the terminal platform above the track including its connection to Nádražní street and the modification of the existing buildings of Smíchovské nádraží (substantive unit ‘B’); and (c) the modification of the pre-space of the station (Nádražní street) (substantive unit ‘C’), all according to the tender specifications and their annexes (‘construction’ or ‘work’). The above-mentioned units will form Sections and will be manufactured and put into operation gradually. Today, there are two major public transport transfer terminals in the Smíchov area – Smíchov Railway Station and Na Knížecí. The City of Prague has decided to build one large terminal, Nádraží Smíchov, which will replace the Na Knížecí bus station. The existing Smíchov railway station is already one of the most important transfer nodes of Prague Integrated Transport, but a further significant increase in the importance of this terminal is expected in the future. The new Nádraží Smíchov railway station will include suburban and long-distance railway transport stations, metro stations, tram stations, urban and suburban bus, trolleybus, electric bus lines. Furthermore, long-distance bus transport and capacity parking P+R. The solution of Nádraží Smíchov includes the construction of a capacity P+R west of the railway station, a bus terminal for long-distance and regional transport, which is located above the railway station platform, the reconstruction of the existing pre-railway area in Nádražní street, the addition of terminal facilities and service equipment, including bus stops. It is the final solution of the transfer node in the form corresponding to the 21st century (roofing of the railway station, better transfer links, the possibility of using the space after the dislocated terminal Na Knížecí for other purposes of the Capital City of Prague).
