Description

One of the objectives of the City of Valencia is the effective improvement of the employability of unemployed people, making special impact on those vulnerable groups with greater difficulty in insertion, providing them with tools for the acquisition of skills and facilitating adaptation to changes in the labor market, allowing them to optimize their personal resources. Each training itinerary includes: - Recruitment of participants - Provision and management of training leading to obtaining the certificate of professionalism, including non-work practices in companies of each certificate. - Provision and management of transversal training - Provision and management of complementary training - Tutoring-Work guidance - Information and assistance in the accreditation procedure of skills acquired through work experience or non-formal training paths. - Accompaniment in the labor insertion and subsequent follow-up
