Description

Le département est amené à accueillir des délégations. Pour organiser au mieux leur réception, il a été décidé de passer un marché de prestations de service d'agence de voyages. Un accord-cadre est un contrat dont l'objet est l'établissement des termes qui vont régir les marchés susceptibles d'être passés avec une entreprise durant l'année. L'accord-cadre mono-attributaire est un accord attribué à une seule entreprise. Le département a choisi cette solution pour permettre une homogénéité des prestations et la plus grande réactivité possible. L'accord-cadre comprendra un prix contractuel qui est celui de la préparation des accueils (voir le Bordereau des prix unitaires) et les prix des prestations seront variables en fonction du marché économique à l'instant T pour chaque marché subséquent. Toutes les directions du département sont susceptibles d'utiliser ce marché.
