Description

1. The subject of the contract is the supply of electricity to the Olsztyn UM Group represented by the Municipality of Olsztyn.
2.Electricity will be sold to the Contracting Authority’s premises (listed in Annex 4 to the ToR) under the conditions laid down in the Act of 10 April 1997. Energy Law (consolidated text: Journal of Laws 2017, item 220, as amended) and the Civil Code of 23.4.1964 (Journal of Laws 2017, item 459 as amended) and implementing rules issued on the basis thereof.
3. The detailed scope is described in the ToR.
4. The contract is divided into lots by type of acceptance:
— Part I – lighting supply
— Part II – power supply to other facilities, including buildings and installations.
