Description

1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest:
— pakiety nr 1, 2, 3: dostawa rękawic jednorazowego użytku, zwanych w dalszej części SWZ: „towarem” dla Samodzielnego Publicznego Zakładu Opieki Zdrowotnej Wojewódzkiego Szpitala Zespolonego w Białymstoku, zwanym dalej Zamawiającym, w ilości i asortymencie i o parametrach określonych w Załączniku nr 1 do SWZ – formularz szczegółowy oferty (pakiety nr: 1, 2, 3),
— pakiety nr 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10: dostawa odzieży jednorazowego użytku, zwanych w dalszej części SWZ: „towarem” dla Samodzielnego Publicznego Zakładu Opieki Zdrowotnej Wojewódzkiego Szpitala Zespolonego w Białymstoku, zwanym dalej Zamawiającym, w ilości i asortymencie i o parametrach określonych w Załączniku nr 1 do SWZ – formularz szczegółowy oferty (pakiety nr 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10).
2. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia zawiera Załącznik nr 1 do SWZ – formularz szczegółowy oferty dla poszczególnych pakietów.
