Description

Energi Ikast Varme A/S (herefter omtalt som ” Ordregiver”) skal i forbindelse med renovering af Moselund Kraftvarmeværk indkøbe ny gasmotor til brug for produktion af el og varme. Ordregiver er som forsyningsvirksomhed leverandør af varme, hvorfor Ordregiver er underlagt forsyningsvirksomhedsdirektivet jf. art. 8. Købesummen forventes at udgøre ca. 7 mio. kr. ekskl. moms, hvorfor dette er over tærskelværdien for EU-udbud jf. Forsyningsvirksomhedsdirektivet art. 15 litra a. Ordregiver agter at anvende udbud med forhandling uden forudgående indkaldelse af tilbud jf. Forsyningsvirksomhedsdirektivet art. 50 litra C nr. ii, idet Ordregiver har identificeret, at INNIO Jenbacher GmbH & Co (Herefter omtalt som "Jenbacher") alene kan levere gasmotor i henhold til Ordregivers specifikationer.
