Description

Die Bundesanstalt für Geowissenschaften und Rohstoffe (BGR) als Auftraggeber (AG) beabsichtigt biologische Umweltarbeiten zur Durchführung von Explorationsarbeiten an polymetallischen Sulfidfeldern im Indischen Ozean zu beauftragen. Dies beinhaltet die Aufbereitung genetischer Datensätze, Charakterisierung räumlicher Planktondiversität und benthischer Larvenverbreitung, regionale genetische Konnektivitätsuntersuchungen über das INDEX Lizengebiet, sowie die Weiterentwicklung der Bildannotation der Megafauna, um großräumige Areale automatisiert zu annotieren und hinsichtlich ihrer Biodiversität zu erfassen.
