Le but de ce projet est de continuer de fournir les services Zoom aux utilisateurs EPFL durant la durée du contrat. Le cahier des charges contient une estimation des licences nécessaires, ils sont à but strictement indicatif et n’engagent pas l’EPFL sur un volume d’achat obligatoire. La solution Zoom est utilisée pour : 1. L'enseignement : o Enregistrement d’un cours pour le partager et le diffuser. o Retransmission en direct d’un cours (réunion, webinar 1000 et webinar 5000). o Réunions de groupes pour le suivi des projets. o Réunions Zoom pour les défenses de thèses. o Création de session Zoom depuis Moodle. 2. La collaboration : o Réunions à distance depuis son laptop ou son smartphone. o Réunions hybrides dans des salles Cisco ou ZoomRooms. 3. Les conférences : organisations de webinaires. 4. L’évènementiel (utilisation d’une licence webinar 5000) : o Webinar, p.ex. Town Hall, consultations de LEX, etc. pour lesquels les audiences pourraient être importantes car les sessions sont à destination de la communauté EPFL entière. o Événements divers (internes, externes, séances, conférences, etc.) o Événements pilotés par Mediacom ou parfois pour d’autres services.
